Privacy Policy
NimbleBit web games · Effective 22 October 2026
This policy covers the games NimbleBit hosts on the web: the ones you play in your browser, or from your home screen after adding them, at nimblebit.com and its subdomains. Today they are:
It also covers any web game we add to nimblebit.com/web. It says what we keep when you play or buy something, who helps us run the games and how to reach us. Pocket Pilots and Wings each have their own page with the details for that game: the Pocket Pilots privacy policy and the Wings privacy policy. Where a game’s own page says more than this one, it applies to that game.
Our apps on the App Store and Google Play, including app versions of these games, have their own privacy policies, linked from their store pages.
Who we are
NimbleBit LLC, 10715 Tierrasanta Blvd, Suite A, San Diego, CA 92124, USA (“we”, “us”). Contact us at support@nimblebit.com or support.nimblebit.com.
Purchases
- You pay through Stripe’s checkout. In Pocket Pilots and Tiny Golf, Link, Stripe’s checkout, sells on our behalf; in Wings, Stripe processes the payment for us.
- You give your card, billing details and email address to them, under Link’s and Stripe’s privacy policies. We never see your card details.
- What we keep: a record of what you bought, the price and currency, when, and the country it was bought from. It’s tied to a random number for your game (for example a career or save code), not to your name. For a subscription such as the Pilots Club, we also keep whether it is active and when it renews.
- Why: to deliver what you bought, restore it in another browser, handle refunds and meet tax and accounting rules.
What the games keep while you play
- Your game. Your progress is saved in your browser’s storage, which is needed for the game to work. It is kept on our servers only where a game needs it: a Pocket Pilots career (so it can follow you to other devices), Tiny Golf’s cloud sync for supporters, a Tiny Golf “move” code (kept 24 hours), your Tiny Golf stats for the world ranks, and Wings’ sync if you turn it on.
- Sign-in (Pocket Pilots). You sign in with Apple or Google. We keep a scrambled form of the account number they give the game, and never receive your password.
- Online play. What a game shows other players: in Pocket Pilots, your call sign, company, planes and where they fly in the game, postcards you share and landmarks you sponsor; in Tiny Golf’s online groups, your golfer and shots to the players in your group.
- Notifications, only if you turn them on: the address your browser gives us for notifications, your time zone and the alerts scheduled for you. Your browser’s maker (such as Apple, Google, Mozilla or Microsoft) delivers them. Turning notifications off deletes the address.
- Play statistics. Small messages about play sessions, so we can see how many people play, for how long, and what breaks: when a session starts and how long you play, the game version, the kind of device, screen size, language, the site that linked you, and error messages. Tiny Golf and Wings keep a random install number in your browser to tell returning players apart; it isn’t tied to your name, device or sign-in. Pocket Pilots’ page says what it uses. We don’t use cookies for any of this.
- Internet addresses. Like any website, our servers receive your internet address and basic browser details when a game loads or talks to them. We use them to run the games, stop abuse and keep the service secure, not to identify you.
What we don’t do
- No advertising, no third-party analytics, and no tracking across other websites or apps.
- We don’t ask for your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.
- We never sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing.
Who helps us run the games
These companies process information for us, only to provide their service:
- Cloudflare: hosts Tiny Golf and Pocket Pilots, their servers, storage and play statistics.
- Amazon Web Services: hosts Wings and nimblebit.com, and runs our domain names.
- Stripe and Link: payments.
- Apple and Google: sign-in to Pocket Pilots.
They may process information in the United States and other countries, under their own safeguards for international transfers. A game may also load files, such as Pocket Pilots’ radio voices, from public download sites, which see your internet address as any website would; the game’s own page lists them.
Why we use it (for players in the EU and UK)
- To provide the game and what you buy: performing our agreement with you.
- Purchase records for tax and accounting: our legal obligations.
- Play statistics, server logs and abuse prevention: our legitimate interest in running, fixing and improving the games.
- Notifications: your consent, which you can withdraw by turning them off.
How long we keep it
| Information | Kept for |
| Purchase records | As long as needed to deliver and restore purchases, handle refunds and meet tax and accounting rules |
| Your game on our servers | Until you delete it, or as the game’s own page says |
| Notification addresses | Until you turn notifications off, or the address stops working |
| Play statistics | Raw records up to 90 days; totals with no personal details after that |
| Server logs with internet addresses | Up to 90 days |
Your choices and rights
- Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of what we keep about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to support@nimblebit.com with your sync code or purchase receipt so we can find it.
- In the games: Pocket Pilots deletes a career from Menu › Options › Account › Delete this career; Wings deletes its synced copy from Options. Clearing a game’s site data in your browser removes what is stored there.
- If you are in the EU, the UK or California, these are also your rights by law, along with the right to object to how we use your information, and you can complain to your data protection authority.
Children
Our games aren’t directed at children under 13, and Pocket Pilots is for players 13 and over. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and its date, and mention important changes in the games. Questions or requests: support@nimblebit.com.
