Effective October 6, 2026
This policy covers Scoops Classic for Android, iOS and iPadOS, published by NimbleBit, LLC.
Scoops Classic does not send personal information or gameplay data to NimbleBit. The game has no accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking or in-app purchases. It makes no network connections of its own. NimbleBit does not collect, sell, rent or automatically share personal information through the game.
The game saves your high scores, score dates, entered initials, awards, lifetime progress, settings and in-progress game on your device. Tilt controls use motion sensor readings locally to move the cone; those readings are not sent to NimbleBit.
If you choose to share your high scores, the game opens your device's share menu with the score table, including the initials, scores and dates shown there. You choose whether to share and which app or service receives it. The recipient handles that information under its own privacy policy. NimbleBit does not receive a copy through Scoops Classic.
The More Games button and rating prompt open the App Store, Google Play or a store page in your browser. Apple and Google independently handle the paid download, payment information and store activity under their own policies. Scoops Classic does not receive payment-card details.
Game records use your platform's private app storage and protections. On Android, the app disables cloud and device-transfer backup for its records; clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it removes local progress. On iOS and iPadOS, deleting the app removes its local records, but system backups may preserve copies according to your device and backup settings. Manage those copies through Apple's backup controls. NimbleBit holds no server copy of your game records to restore or delete. Copies you choose to share are managed by the receiving app or service.
Scoops Classic is intended for players of all ages, including children. Its data practices are the same for every player: the game does not request an age or collect personal information from players. Children should ask a parent or guardian before sharing scores or contacting support.
If you contact us separately, we use your message and the contact information you provide to respond and provide support. We do not sell or rent this information. Please include only information needed for your request.
For questions about this policy, concerns about our practices, or requests to see or delete information you supplied to support, contact support@nimblebit.com. Parents or guardians may also contact us about information their child supplied. We may need to verify a request before providing or deleting information.
